I have communicated to Nick that you by all means can use me as a reference any time you desire. MBS is the best in my opinion. Kudos also to Jason. When he came out for the pre-contruction walk through he was great. Involved me in the discussion and we made a minor change and he made me feel like I was part of the process. Also when my credit card company screwed up twice in running my charge through he was patient and worked with me to find out what the problem was and we solved it. Great job by all.

was very happy when they found the broken footing which was the root of most of my water problem. It was fixed very promptly when the floor was still opened. very pleased. was glad I went with this company to do my basement.

I was very satisfied with all that Midwest Basement did. The crew was courteous and helpful.

The only negative thing I can say is both Nick and Jason said the installation crew would use a laser to check the slope on basement floor and drainage. When Steve and his crew arrived they said they have no laser. Steve and crew did an excellent job making sure the drainage was correct. System is working GREAT. Steve said the sump pump would be very quite and he was right, we almost have to be next to it to hear it run.

I am very happy with the professional way my sump pump and backflow was installed. I could have hired someone to do it for less but you get what you pay for.

We never rate anyone at 100%. You have the highest rating we give to anyone. We have been very pleased with the work done. It was better than our expectation. We were also happy that your salesperson did not try to sell us more than what we asked for or needed. It was a better experience than we had hoped.

I told the receptionist when I called with a question that I could understand why you have been in business as long as you have. Everyone is so helpful. Mike, the forman of the crew was so thorough and knowledgeable. From the moment the crew arrived until they left I was totally satisified with all of them. Jason the inspector was very thorough and came back after a few days to check on the job and to rectify a concern of mine that was a misunderstanding on my part. I can honestly say it was a job well done. Thank you.

The job was suppose to take 3 days and was done in less than 2 days! I was so impressed with how quickly everything went and have a much better piece of mind knowing my house is stable again!!! Amazing job!! Will recommend to all of my friends for their future basement and foundation needs!

My only regreat is that we changed the way that the washer empties - I wish we had gone ahead and put it back the way it was, emptying into the sanitary system instead of into the in-floor drainage. I can't do more than one or 2 loads and it wants to back up in the floor drain. Would maybe like to get that put back to drain into the main sewer system again if Andy could come back and do that for me. But I am already recommending you guys to other people and showing it to people who come to see me. I am VERY happy with it and with your company.

City inspector did request that I update plumbing and refasten floor joist to new wall with nails instead of dry wall screws. I am working with Eric on these 2 issues. Otherwise I was most happy with new wall and crawl space that they added.

We are still waiting for Jason's answer regarding whether or not a cover is available for our Santa Fe dehumidifier unit - We want to keep the cat from sitting on and/or chewing the foam pre-filter.

I was very pleased with the on site visit, the pre-work inspection and the work crew. Everyone did a great job!

Good Job

The only glitch was the company trying to charge us approximately $1,500 more than we were quoted when the job was completed. Fortunately, my brother had a copy of the agreement at the house and was able to present it. I contacted Tony about it and he apologized for the error. Otherwise, the workers were friendly and professional according to my brother. - Sharon Lynne
