We met with a family in Pleasant Hill that was concerned with unlevel concrete in their driveway. They didn't want anybody to trip over it. Our System Design Specialist went out to the home and gave them a free quote. They decided to go through with the work and we made an appointment to come out and fix their driveway.

When our production team got to their home, we began the process of fixing their driveway by first drilling a tiny hole where the high density polymer would be injected. This high density polymer, PolyLevel, is what is used to raise the slabs. The outcome was great; their driveway is now level!

Hello, We have lived in our house for 3 years. There is a family room addition on the back that was built in 2004 (we believe) that is completely surrounded by a wooden deck. If you type our address into Google Maps, then switch to earth view, you can see the addittion surrounded by the dec. The addition appears to be separating from the house, and our assumption is that there is settling under the addition (although we cannot tell without taking apart the deck). Is this something you can assist with? Please let me know via phone or email. Thanks, Nate and Suzanne Buwalda , [email protected] (Nate) , [email protected] (Suzanne)

We started to notice dampness on the carpet near an interior wall in our basement (near foundation of home) about a year ago. This year, there's an increased accumulation of moisture and even some mold that started to form. We are cleaning as best we can, yet want to get to the root of this problem. We have lived in this home since 2005, and never had any issues with moisture/water in our basement until these past two years.

We have a home built into the hillside. It appears to have a major crack in a wall that is mostly underground and when we have torrential downpours, water will seep into the house.

This is my grandparents house, several years back it had a flooding issue and to my knowledge we ended up solving that issue because it has not flooded since. However, since then we have let the basement sit as it is really just cleaning some of the clutter out of it. My grandparents have both passed on and my family still owns the house out of sentimental value and my family and I along with all of our immediate aunts, uncles and cousins usually meet there once a week for dinner, but we don't venture into the basement really ever. We have been talking about getting it fixed up for some time now because someday we will probably sell the property, but for now one of my cousins and myself live there since we both just graduated from college and work in Des Moines. I finally decided to get the ball rolling on the project and am doing a little research about what we need to do to fix the basement up. I was looking over your page and I liked that you not only repaired the basement from flooding, but you would do every step of the renovating process. I know a few of the things that we would need repaired for the basement, but I am sure that there is more. Our flooring needs looked at since we know that the water has messed with it, the walls would probably need gutted and replaced as there is a mold issue on several of the walls, we would have to have new carpet laid once we sure that it would not be ruined, then there would probably be several things that would need to be changed for the basement to be renovated/finished like you offer. I am not sure what the other family members are thinking of having be done to the basement, they have just told me to see what I can find out and to get some professional opinions and advice before we completely decide on what should be done. Please send me an email with your advice and if you wish to do a site visit let me know and I will try to set up a time that works for me and for a couple other members of my family to be there that know a little bit more than I do about the property. Thank you very much for any advice that you can give us!
