We have cracks in our basement floor that leak water. The front basement wall also leaks water. We would like to seal it off and keep it dry. We are also interested in a mitigation system.

When we moved into the this house we were told that they had some type of waterproofing under the basement. We are having some wetness down there now but just in certain areas. Wondering if someone could take a look at it. Thank you.

After this last snow melt, we are seeing some seeping in our floor, not near any walls. Sump is running fine, one tile is draining, the other looks to be dry. Hope to have someone check it out.

Our house was built in 1956. It has a block foundation. We have only lived in this house about 9 months. We don't appear to get much water in the basement except some seepage between cracks in the block mortar. We are interested in waterproofing the basement and making sure the foundation is solid. We may finish the basement in the future.

I have crawl space that is allowing a large amount of cold air in. It was an add on to the house, and it is all dirt and insulation under it, and it is not the best. I know that it needs to be lifted, and just made so that it is dry and clean under there, and does not allow air flow. there is a bathroom that is on top of that, and I have had issues with pipes freezing, and it is almost to impossible to keep the floor warm. The space that I am looking at it not all that big. The size that I am talking about it maybe about 7 ft long if that and maybe 10 feet wide, and maybe 4 feet high. One has to lay down to get in there, and it is off the basement floor. I have a stone foundation, also. Thanks for you time

In our basement crawl space, we have two support structures that look like stone blocks stacked on top of each other. The basement floor is a sand floor. We are looking to have those stone supports removed and have something more professional put in such as couple of adjustable column jack posts. Thank you for your time. Attached is a link to our current crawl space supports.
