I had the best experience yesterday getting new windows quoted and ordered for my basement.  My home was built in 1948 so the basement has some wear.  The previous owner did some work to support the walls, add a sump pump and keep water out of the basement.  However, there is still some work that needs done, ie new windows and more wall supports.  Tom Kinman came out yesterday and was so professional, helpful and honest.  The quote was fair and he gave me advice that no other contractor gave me.  There are two windows that he recommended blocking out rather than replacing the window.  He could have charged me for two new windows but instead told me that the better fix was to remove them completely.  Removing two windows was cheaper than it was to replace one.  Tom could have made way more money on me but he was honest in what needed to be done.  Stand up, guy and company!  I signed and ordered on the spot.  Can't wait to get the work done.  Kudos Midwest Foundation Repair for hiring professionals that love what they do.
