Crawl spaces left unattended can slowly deteriorate.  Mold growth, bug and spider infestation, moisture, and odors develop and increase over time.

Cleaning up and fully encapulating the crawl space is the safest and healthiest way to not only improve the space itself, but to improve the air quality in the rooms and floors above.

We have a manufactured home with a crawl space. We have had difficulties in past winters with pipes freezing. We have improved the situation but would like to have a professional solve the problem.

On the west side of our house we have a small garden area that was put there, with a concrete brick wall. The sidewalk that is up against that wall, as well as the wall, are sinking inward and down. I would like to get a quote on how much is would cost to get that "jacked up." I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

We have a concrete block wall that is starting to bow in. I can put a finger in the crack where the mortor is supposed to be at one point. There is a crack that runs along the entire wall. Only one wall.

We bought our house in 2009, the basement gets some water, nothing major...yet...but still enough where we can't finish it. North wall is Anchored and need some advice on what to do to get it to stop leaking.
in Runnells
We have had water in our basement in 1993, 2008 and 2010. We only seem to get water in the basement when we get consecutive 4 or 5 inch rains on top of saturated soil. The previous owner claims the basement never got wet prior to 1993. It does not get wet in normal years. Water comes in where the wall meets the floor and perculates through cracks in the middle of the floor when the water table is very high. Water has not been high enough in the basement to reach the furnace and water heater but does require shop vacing to keep it under control. Our house was originaly built in 1965, added on to in 1998, has block bsmt walls, is not tiled and does have a sump pump with a pit only (installed in 1993 without tile). Our basement is drywalled, but the flooring was pulled up in anticipation of remodelling before the floods of 2010 hit. We have a utilty room in the basement with two pressure tanks for a well system that feed livestock buildings, a water softner, furnace and water heater. We also suspect the main drain line for the house runs underneath the basement floor on the east side of the house to the septic tank. My wife and I have put our bsmt remodel plans on hold. We absolutely feel that waterproofing the basement must come first as it appears we may continue to get wetter and wetter summers in the future.

Basement has water comming in don't know why
in Runnells
The basement floods when it rains more than 3 inches at a time. this is the second time it has happened. the water comes in through the foundation. we do mot have a sump pump
in Runnells
I realize you probably have more business than you can handle this summer. I might be interested in a baseboard-type drainage system for my garage, 3 concrete block walls each about 25'. Not epoxy seams. It also has a slightly bowed wall with a gas line immediately behind it. I would also ask you to look at my basement but I doubt an interior system would work as you still have damp drainageways inside?
in Runnells
My parents have a old farm house (100+ years old) that has uneven flooring. This is due to the foundation sagging and deterioration. There is a partial brick basement but most of the house is just a small crawl space. The home is two stories and has been added on to a at least once. I know you cant give an exact estimate of what the costs would be but would it be possible to give a ball park or an average estimate? I will in no way hold you too it. Just trying to get a feel of what it may cost.
