The only negative thing I can say is both Nick and Jason said the installation crew would use a laser to check the slope on basement floor and drainage. When Steve and his crew arrived they said they have no laser. Steve and crew did an excellent job making sure the drainage was correct. System is working GREAT. Steve said the sump pump would be very quite and he was right, we almost have to be next to it to hear it run.

Nick Ripley listened to what we wanted and needed done and explained what could and would be done very well. We liked Nick a lot. Probably the main reason we chose Midwest Basement Systems.
