Sales Process

I was impressed! I'm also a salesman - so I know "our kind" well enough to know that some can't be trusted. He earned that trust right away. The sophisticated presentation he had, the literature all helped close it for me. If your other sales guys are half as good as Tom then you should have no problem closing contracts.

Our Installation Crew

They were here when they said they'd be here, they did the work efficiently, took precautions to keep other parts of the basement clean and cleaned up as well as if I had done it myself.

TV ad - first, it was well produced so kudos to the company you hired to do that. Second, I figured if you were willing to invest in an ad that meant you weren't some shady 2nd raters
